For 5-Copy License, you may install on up to 5 PCs under your ownership or organization.### 2. SubscriptionBilling occurs at the start of each billing period (daily, weekly, monthly, or annually). You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.### 3. RestrictionsYou may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell ScreenEagle.### 4. Data SecurityScreenEagle operates locally on your PC and does not transmit your screen data to external servers.### 5. Disclaimer of WarrantiesScreenEagle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.### 6. Limitation of LiabilityHaNull Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of ScreenEagle.### 7. Service ChangesWe reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue ScreenEagle at any time. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.### 8. Changes to TermsWe may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.### 9. Refund PolicySee our Refund Policy for details. We recommend purchasing a daily plan first to try ScreenEagle before committing to a longer subscription.### 10. Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
